.Doctored Cricket Quiz

Friends,As predicted, yesterday proved to be a 'test'ing time-a clueless Sunday!Could not score even double digit.First time,since last Monday when the quiz was 'kicked off', such a paltry score was on the board.
Todays first query-sms was 'army men?'I could only reply-"like multiple entries-multiple Sentries will be rejected!"Of course-except one corner, outlines of these monks-painting is not very clear.But the clue is self explanatory- why only Bradman, which cricketer will like to damage his 'figure'?-here i mean 'not physical' but 'batting average'.Come on Amdavadis,pull up your socks, and come out in the field to prove your puzzling-talent!!

Correct Answer: Follow on The clue was: This surely is a big ‘test’ Easiest puzzle, and a complete give-away clue this time around. Surprise, surprise then, that we got only eight correct entries. Look at the clue carefully. An elephant is ‘following’ the other, and a follow on happens only in Test match. Any team that follows on, has a big test on its hands to save the match from there on. Some of the answers we got were double ton, double century, etc.

‘O u r 25 th h O u r’

In the world of ‘I-Me-Mine’, ‘Our’ may sound like its extension only. However, our- the possessive form of we- designates a little beyond ‘self-seeking’ character. In this title,‘we’ represents this medico couple, but more than that ‘we’ represents medical fraternity at large, and at times, ‘we’ represents all the professionals - for whom ‘TIME’ is the most precious asset.

Where every second counts and minutes are paradoxically ‘big figures’, an hour is obviously ‘too long’ in the calendar of we ‘time poor’ professionals. Every coming day, the hands on the clock race at a more hurried pace, and makes us face the ever changing & challenging deadlines. The only constant and consistent, on the dial, are the total number of hours.

Obviously, the 25 th hour is hypothetical and unrealistic. Still, we symbolize that time of our blissful and joyous state of mind, experienced while pursuing the activities of passion- to this special hour. However, it does not come as a ‘complimentary’ in our daily ‘practice’. We need to extract this extra hour – carefully and intentionally- may be by stealing those seconds and squeezing mighty minutes from our personal comforts and social engagements; and sometimes even curtailing professional pursuits & aspirations.

‘Our 25th hOur’ is the interface, where, we, as a couple-Namita & Hiren, portray and share our passion - the interests we enjoy, the hobbies we cultivate and the creativities we cherish. Here we take the centre stage as the narrators, but U are literally the centre of OUR chronicle. UR more than the reader and the spectator- UR the great soURce of inspiration. UR the inseparable characters of
‘O u r 25 th h O u r’~ we can’t spell it otherwise !
....and it can’t cast a spell without YOU!!
